Team Work Excellence Consulting Inc., operating as Sweet Leadership (referred to in this policy as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who visit our website, subscribe to our mailing list, or engage our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website at sweetleadership.ca, our mailing list and email communications, and any other service that references this policy. “You” refers to any visitor, subscriber, or client of the Company.
By using our website, subscribing to our mailing list, or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information as described in this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires a more specific form of consent, for example under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, we seek that consent separately and in the manner the law requires.
We collect two kinds of information.
Non-personal information is information that cannot on its own identify you: aggregate usage data, referring pages, browser and device type, and general trends in how visitors use our site. We use this information to maintain and improve the Service and to understand how our content and outreach are performing.
Personal information is information that can identify you: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any details you share with us through a contact form, a scheduling request, or in the course of a coaching or consulting engagement.
We collect this information directly from you, for example when you subscribe to our mailing list, book a consultation, or reply to our outreach, and indirectly through cookies and similar technologies described in Section VII.
We use your personal information to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you have requested, communicate with you about our programs and content, and improve our website and outreach.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and client relationship management, and only to the extent needed for them to perform those functions. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our clients, or others.
If you subscribe to our mailing list or otherwise agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us, we comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial message we send identifies who it is from, includes our contact information, and provides a clear and free way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, we will stop sending you commercial electronic messages within ten business days.
We rely on your express consent when you subscribe through our website or a sign-up form, or on implied consent where you have an existing business relationship with us or have made a direct inquiry, in each case as permitted under CASL. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly (see Section IX).

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and by using our Service you acknowledge this inherent risk.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the website function.
Our website may link to third-party sites, including those of our service providers and partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of a third-party site before providing your information to it.
